Ookpik Waltz is a haunting piece that Matthew learned from James “Texas Shorty” Chancellor, also known as the “Canadian Waltz.”

Ookpik” (sometimes spelled “Ook Pic” or “Ookpik”) is an Inuit word that means snowy owl.
